My RV had a leaking fresh water tank, they said it was replaced but when I got home it was still leaking. Found out they did a quick patch job to get it past delivery. They ordered another new tank which I had to pull my rv back to the dealership at my expense (200 miles round trip) to get it replaced. No offer to be compensated or follow-up call to see if everything was ok.

I would not purchase from them again, lots of promises and they just want to make a quick sale.

Update: I've dropped them to one star after their "canned" response. They know who I am, management had to order at least 3 fresh water tanks til they got it corrected. I sent detailed emails with no response from management at all, only from my sales rep who was great.

Final suggestion buyer beware and the funny part to end this fiasco was that my sewer drain hose was missing from my trailer after I got home from the final repair, the rv's only stop was to their lot.
