Pick up orders in the store? Never again. I was referred 3 times to another location but ended up in the atmospheric service loft in the building next door.
It was my turn after the employees had finished talking, and when I said that I had placed an online order, the employee looked as if she saw water burning.
My order was not ready, and unfortunately all employees in the department were too busy to assist her further, after which she asked if I could go find the product myself in the store and just pay at the regular checkout.

Still 2 stars because of the cheerfulness of the gentleman in the store who enthusiastically took me to the right department: so it is possible ..
