I recently had the opportunity to engage with Tech Systems Professional Services for a project. Overall, my experience with them was fairly average. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I found their response time to be below par. It took them longer than expected to get back to me with a proposal, which slowed down the entire process. Additionally, while their team was knowledgeable, I felt that their communication could have been more effective. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of my project. On the positive side, the quality of work delivered was satisfactory, and they were open to feedback, making necessary revisions promptly. Although I can't say it was an exceptional experience, it was an average one.
