From the initial internet chat to Pat to Les, everyone was awesome and so helpful at Island Toyota. I wasn't expecting to walk out of there with a car, let alone one that fit my budget perfectly, but the team got me in something I'm excited to own! Pat was super helpful, and I never felt pressured to buy or make a decision. After moving to SI, I learned some of the other dealers around here have a bad rep. I'll be sure to tell everyone about my experience. No need to go to Jersey...go to Island! Thanks, guys!

EDIT: I had to edit this from my original post when I purchased because I had an issue that should have never happened. I was sold a certified pre-owned vehicle in August, but when it started having issues I took it in to the service center in December and again in January. Come to find out it was not certified (or not put in the system as certified). I was made to feel like I was crazy from the service department and sales department until I provided my paper work that definitely said certified. They eventually made it right and the car is certified after several calls and a claim with Toyota. I do appreciate the end result, but make sure your car is 100% certified and in the system with Toyota (or whatever brand) before you walk off the lot. I probably wouldn't by another car from them just because the entire experience turned me off.
