I leased a vehicle from here about a year ago, and was wanting some help lowering my payment or getting into a different vehicle with a lower payment. I called the dealership 3 times, left a voicemail, and emailed them once before I ever got any response. Once I did speak to the finance department, I was trying to explain the details of my situation and the gentleman said "oh yeah, yeah, come in. I'll take care of it. It won't be any problem. It will be worth your while." I went in the next day hopeful, only to be told that my situation was impossible to get me a lower payment and I should have told him on the phone my details. I informed him that I had tried the day before on the phone, but he kept cutting me off. On top of that, the sales man was very rude and disrespectful when I went back to talk to the man in finance - he talked poorly about me in front of me to another customer. Overall, I felt very dismissed. I wasn't mad about the car, I was upset about the service. I felt that going into the dealership where I leased my car would be a good idea because they would treat me well, but I was mistaken. I will not being going here anymore for anything major. I am definitely disappointed.
