They are robbers!
Double debited my card of 499,97 on June 16. We're August 1 today, after 5 calls and reminders from my side all I heard were promises - my money hasn't come back. Last week it happened again and they don't even want to recognise the fact, whereas my bank has confirmed the operation was successful 2 times in a row with a difference of 5 seconds.
Shopping with them is a waste of time and brain cells.
