Hi, You've neglected to respond with a copy of your signed contract. you are currently refusing to acknowledge or respond to an appeal and your have neglected to follow the operator code of conduct as outlined by the BPA but yet you use there trademark/signage. There have now been 2 threats of legal action, but yet no response to any communication. I look forward to dealing with you in the future and documenting all of your cavalier actions when needed.
