Small-scale hotel with friendly staff. We slept in the new comfort room which is quite nice after the shower cubicle. A walk-in shower like in most Van der Valk hotels we have been to is a lot more attractive.
It is a pity that there is no separate bar, but that you have to sit between the restaurant visitors to have a drink.
The breakfast is also a lot simpler than in the other hotels that we visited. So despite the very warm welcome at the reception, no more Groningen Westerbroek for us.
