Absolute disaster, flew with 2 babies from Muscat ...

Absolute disaster, flew with 2 babies from Muscat to Munich in January 2020. A week before departure, I called Oman Air Germany and tried to sit close together because the babies are still being breastfed. We also wanted to register the use of 2 bassinets. Unfortunately the employee couldn't do anything. We should try the online check-in. When checking in online, only 1 baby per row was possible despite free rows. Ergo 20 rows between a 12 month old baby and the mother. At the counter only incompetent people and no success. The staff didn't even know how much baggage allowance a passenger was allowed to carry !!!!!!!!!!
When we sat on the plane, all potential baby seats were occupied by people without children. Many people sat separately. Overall rather unfriendly staff. When landing at 8 p.m. on a Saturday, the baby seats were missing. Oman Air shared and with which we can buy some at our own expense without reimbursement (Saturday at night !!!), or wait 3-5 days in Munich, or drive 300 km without a child seat with 12-month-old babies.
Thank you very much, but no more customer unfriendliness is really possible!
