Rachel called me this morning and I was already very flustered going into work but after talking for a minute she really just made my day! Her patience while answering my questions really showed and her customer service SHINED! She was very informative on things I had no idea about and even included some helpful tips. Even though it was one of those routine calls, she really made my day! I think her personality is infectious and her work ethic is unmatched. You can tell she gets the job done all the while making sure the clients are happy. Thank you Rachel for making my life less stressful, I appreciate the help and information!! - Faith S.
