These people are a joke. Rude. Unprofessional. Uneducated. Uncooperative and unwilling to find solutions. They made a mistake and are trying to say I didn't have insurance at the time of an accident because their client refused to exchange information. Not my fault your client is am idiot. This company should be shut down. Nothing wrong with assisting in retrieving funds for damages but there's this thing called ethics and they clearly don't have it. Refusing to accept my insurance info after the fact doesn't mean I didn't have it. The truth will pay your fines but I sure as hell will not. F.O.D.

And to the woman I spoke with this morning telling someone to "be quiet" when they are trying to explain to your dumb ass you made a mistake doesn't make you right. I hope you get uncontrollable diarrhea after lunch and pick a stall with no toilet paper.
