I've been a telecom broker for over 7 years now, and I have access to over 30 different well-known Hosted VoIP/UCaaS carriers throughout the country (there are over 600 of them just in the United States alone!). Having worked with dozens of them, I can honestly say that IP Fone has been stellar when it comes to quality of service, customer and technical support. Mind you, I'm well aware that all of these companies have their issues to contend with, whether it be billing, technical glitches, etc. but the difference between a mediocre carrier and a really good one is how they respond to those issues. I entrust a handful of my clients with IP Fone because they offer a gamut of services (e.g. fiber, VoIP, analog lines, etc.), which makes it easier for billing purposes and avoids the inevitable finger-pointing when you have one carrier for phones and another for internet. Also, besides the fact that they're very competitively priced, they're one of the few carriers that provide on-site installation and support for their Hosted VoIP/UCaaS service. And perhaps even more importantly, they're also the only carrier I know of that offers a 6-month satisfaction guarantee wherein if you're unhappy with the service, and they can't make good on their satisfaction guarantee, they let you out of the contract! Compare that to pretty much every other carrier out there that offers only a 30-day guarantee before they lock you in, and once you're past that and you decide to leave, good luck getting those ETFs (Early Termination Fees) waived! IP Fone is not a huge telecom conglomerate like say a Comcast or an AT&T but that's a good thing because that just means they're more nimble and can make things happen a lot quicker since they're structured in a more decentralized manner. They make it very easy to escalate problems, and I've personally been able to speak with the CEO to get matters resolved...how many companies offer that type of 'open-door communication policy'? All these telecom companies tend to over-promise and under-deliver but I can honestly say that, from my experience and comparatively speaking, IP Fone has ultimately always come through on their promise and end up delivering a satisfactory experience. That's why, to this day, I consider IP Fone one of my 'go-to' providers for pretty much every opportunity I come across, and every single one of my clients that signed up with them have had nothing but good things to say about them. In an industry that's summed up by the phrase, "It's who sucks less", I can confidently say that IP Fone doesn't suck at all!!
