I applied to work here for a customer support role...
I applied to work here for a customer support role. Within 24 hrs a recruiter emailed me and moved me along to the next step of an assessment. I did the assessment the next day and had no trouble with the questions. Thought for sure they would move me along. A generic email probably from a computer came days later giving me a bogus excuse that they had too many candidates and decided to not hire me. I doubt they have too many candidates apply because it's a small company and barely heard of or mentioned. Plus LinkedIn Premium said they didn't have at least 10 applicants to compile applicant data and show me how I compared to the other applicants for the job post I applied to. I emailed the recruiter by responding to her email that said don't hesitate with any applicant questions. I asked how could I be a better candidate for the position and never heard back. Surely there are not so many applicants that this recruiter could not respond to me. I notice they hire at a 90 percent rate a certain type of person and I don't fit the description of who they usually hire.
