Absolutely HORRIBLE! I would rate a 0 but I can't go that low. The representative from Dish one said I was getting an internet cable package that was cheaper than what I had before so I agreed, that was a lie. Then she found me an internet package that was the price difference I would have had with going with the other company. Then she sets up a day for the internet service to come set up and it was 2 weeks away, I said I needed it sooner so she made it 4 days and gave me a time and order number. Today is the day and the internet service isn't even in the system. All dish one will do is screw you over! Don't ever sign up with them!
