Joe Sweeney was my first contact at Twin City and a great one. I really appreciated being spared the "sales rap" and pressure that I have experienced at other dealerships. Joe was also honest if he didn't know the answer to something, and quick to find the answer from his colleagues. I was sold on the Outback before I even visited Twin City but Joe helped to make the purchasing process both fun and informative. I expect we will be returning to see Joe when my wife's Toyota gives up the ghost.
