I am very disappointed with Hilton. We booked a king room with a balcony view. We walked into the room and noticed it was really warm. We went to look at our "view" which was a giant tree covering the entire balcony. When we finally laid down to go to sleep, the bed was hard, lumpy and leaned more to one side. At about 1am, I finally asked my husband if he was as warm as I was. Both of us were so uncomfortable, we decided to call the front desk. The individual told us that they had been having AC issues and that they could have an engineer look at it. She told us Hilton had only 2 other rooms available for us and we decided on that instead of staying and waiting for someone to look at the AC. Upon entering the second room at 2am, we instantly noticed it was MUCH cooler. We noticed the king bed in the second room was nicer. At 7am, you could hear the lady in the next room talking on her phone clear as day. Doors were slamming all over the place. Our previous stay had been quiet and during an off season. This stay was not relaxing or enjoyable. I think next time, we'll stay elsewhere.

Previous stay - I love doing our "staycations" here! The rooms are wonderful! The staff is professional, friendly and professional.
