My internet works good but they love adding hidden fees and then forcing you to pay them. I was told my bill wouldn t change when I switched my service and ending up with an extra $80 on my bill!! They would only remove $50 but still that s absolutely ridiculous. They have done this to me more than once and I have heard the same from other people. Once my contract is up I will NEVER go back to them. Awful people, and awful customer support. They do nothing but lie to get money out of you. They won t back their employees own words. Money is tight and I really could use that $30 but they don t care. They only care about money, not their customers.
