The environs around this so-called-techpark has poor safety, pathetic facilities (no good budget cafeterias/hotels around, nor any decent shops for any kind of quick purchases), no employee wellness facilities, the parking lots frequently get fuel siphoned off by the people working there (security and administrative staff)

For working woman it's an extremely high risk area due to the rough crowd outside the main gates (truck drivers, barsh auto drivers and Gangs of local ruffians). Mugging, chain snatching and assaults in broad daylight is commonplace here.
