First time installing from Kolbe for a customer's ...

First time installing from Kolbe for a customer's sliding patio door. Door arrived with wrong active panel , which is a problem as now there is a open hole in customer home. Customer service said yes you were sent the wrong panel ( wasn't even close , 4" too big , and it was a passive not active) best we can do is get you one in 2 weeks! No sense of urgency or concern . Save headache and reputation and get Andersen, Pella or ANYTHING other than Kolbe .

Update - my supplier was told by Kolbe rep that it would not take 2 weeks to get replacement, should see it in about 7 days - awesome . .........but I didn't . Took 2 weeks to send correct panel , 2 weeks !!
If there was some hustle , some concern for not me, but the homeowner that got screwed out of what they paid for , then we'd be happier. But there wasn't . Had to call and call for call for updated info. Never again . Customer isn't priority apparently.
