I brought my Jaguar XF here because it needed some repairs. Their service from start to finish was the best I have ever experienced! I very highly recommend them!! Everybody was great! They were upfront about everything that needed to be done, honest about the costs, kept me informed during the whole process, answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly, went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and most importantly they were extremely friendly the whole time. The mechanic who actually did the work, Brent, took the time to come out to talk to me in person to explain everything that was done and my service advisor, Tina, took the time to go over every detail of my invoice. After it was all done there was a problem with my payment on my end that took a few days to sort out and they continued to be very friendly, patient and helpful! Lots of places would have gotten upset or at least impatient under similar circumstances. So I will absolutely be taking all my car needs to them from now on! If their sales department is even anywhere close to as good as their service then I'll be buying my next car there as well when the time comes. Can't thank them enough!
