Horrible experience wasted 2 hours for getting car...

Horrible experience wasted 2 hours for getting car and and letting me know the price of car and I was working with rep and 1:30 hours of my time was without a rep coz he was going somewhere to get price and car and they don t have computers they are technologically challenged. I don t know how they even survive. I will say good job Megan for calling and getting me in but the rep I was working was horrible and just pissed me off. He don t know anything about cars I ask him many question didn't knew anything at all.
Overall horrible experience with rep and just made my day horrible I would recommend to keep some one who is young and enthusiastic and know what they are doing.

But again thanks Megan for follow up and I am sorry I am not coming back for wasting my time.
