I was with iinet for 18 months, nothing but issues...

I was with iinet for 18 months, nothing but issues, none of which were ever resolved. Customer service is absolutely appalling. They even threatened me with extra charges for allegedly 'calling about issues that didn't exist'.
I had to reset my modem twice daily & still didn't achieve anywhere near the speeds indicated on the advertised plan. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, very unimpressed with iinet & the terrible customer service.
Currently awaiting confirmation from iinet about waiving my early contract termination fee, as I will be absolutely disgusted if they say I have to pay a fee just to get free of them.
