The overall experience with Starwood Motors has been an amazing. Literally, like no other dealership I ve ever done business with. This is one of the very few companies PERIOD that actually care about pleasing their customers and don t mind going above and beyond to do so. Shawn, was my car salesman, but initially came off more as a friend, rather than an employee seeking an incentive. He was very patient in what I was asking and didn t force me not one time during the process. That alone made me feel comfortable. Now, I must say that he went waaaaay above and beyond for me, to the point I felt I was being aggravating, but not one time did I sense any negative tension from him. Companies need more Shawns on their payroll. Starwood Motors continue to keep the customers smiling.
