Pretty disappointed in the customer service thus far. I sent a warranty request to the main field service team on Sept 24th. The request included all of the require information. I received the obligatory confirmation email including the "someone will reach out to you shortly" comment. It is now more than 2 weeks with no call. I have called the service number and left 2 messages over the past week. My 3rd call has now been "waiting for the next representative" for 47 minutes.Great products - I have purchase more than 40 replacement windows - horrendous, infuriating and disappointing service.
