They're great provided you don't have any issues with their products. My headset stopped working 11 months after purchase (warranty is for 2 years) so I took it in to be looked at. At handover, they were unsure whether a new one should be issued to me or whether they should repair it and asked that I leave it with them. I was advised that I will not receive a substitute headset for the meantime and they have 2 weeks to repair/replace it. I need a headset for skype meetings so I called back a few days later to see how they were going with it. They advised that it is still in queue to be looked at and were unable to give me any broad timelines for inspection let alone a repair/replacement. After urging that I needed the headset back (or any headset) by the follow afternoon for an important skype meeting, the staff member simply said nothing.
Excellent service and product knowledge but just hope nothing goes wrong with your product purchase.
