Absolutely awful experience. Visited the showroom and test drove a couple of cars. Followed up by email later the same day to clarify some details of the car we were interested in, but were completely ignored by the salesperson. Went back to the showroom myself when I was able to, only to be told that the car had been sold. This is how you treat motivated buyers, BMW? Gobsmacked. Far from the service I had expected, what a huge let down. Went up to BMW Markham instead and got some excellent service there.
