What a fantastic asset Joey is to Schaal! He was extremely intelligent in knowing and explaining all the aspects of the issues and maintenance he performed on our systems. His customer service attitude was most obvious from the moment he entered the door. We have NEVER been disappointed with any of the service employees Schaal has sent to our home over the past 35 years, but Joey was a step above!
