Beware it s a time share property. They are pushy about this right from the beginning. At check in they ask you to see converge for a free gift. This is just to rope you in to a sales presentation for time share. We had no idea about this as in australia it s not the done thing. The concierge must get commission or something. All they seem to care about is this time share selling. Anyway we went to this presentation, had no idea what to expect. They were rude, aggressive, wouldn t let us leave and wanted our passport and credit card details. Don t know how they allow this stuff to happen in a hotel that we were paying guests!!! <br/>The room was ok, not serviced daily so not why they charge the resort fee daily! We didn t get a cold towel or drink on arrival, didn t get other things that the resort fee is payed for. Stay elsewhere, there is much better is Honolulu.
