I just tried to book my stay and their website was not working, so I had to call the front desk for help booking. I was extremely unimpressed with the customer service I recieved. A young lady named Monica picked up the phone and was very rude and unhelpful. The front desk person is the face of your hotel. They are the first person you interact with, and if this is any indicator of what I have to deal with when I get there then I am already sorry I booked. If your staff have such poor attitudes about work maybe you need to hire people who want to be there. I have given this review a 3 star rating based on my interaction with Monica, but I hope I don't have to lower it once I get on site.
