A very unprofessional experience. The type of service you would expect from an unauthorized auto dealer. Unless you are driving off the lot the same day DONT waste your time. They actually SOLD me a vehicle, sent the sales invoice to my bank, advised me to insure the car before I could pick it up, my banks sends them a check, they call me hours later (an hour before i was going to pick up the car) and says we sold your car but we have another vehicle similar to the one we sold you. Never in the history of buying cars have i experienced something so unprofessional.
