Non-existent customer services I would recommend you avoid buying from them.
Dobell managed to send me the wrong trousers for a suit I urgently needed. Their site says that they can arrange for an express exchange if needed and ask that you email their customer services team who will get back to you within 24 hours. 6 days later still no news from customer services despite subsequent message. I've even tried contacting them on social media where they continue to post but receive an automated response directing me to the same email address. In the meantime I immediately sent back the wrong trousers and have received confirmation from Royal Mail that these have been delivered but still no news or acknowledgement from Dobell.
They seem to be having a closing down sale so who knows if I'll ever get my trousers, at this rate I won't need any part of the suit.
