Simply amazing customer service. Went to get a TV and Stephen Jarrett really helped with the entire process. The TV delivery was offered for free, but TV was broken when I opened it. When I called the main PC Richards line they said they probably wouldn't be able to get my TV replaced until Saturday , but Stephen called me next morning to make sure I would get my TV replaced immediately. I received the TV just moments after we talked. Magical. He went over and beyond, highly recommend.
