Ordered an item on Amazon and literally within 2 m...

Ordered an item on Amazon and literally within 2 minutes I canceled as they offered a larger unit which left more of a margin for error and it didn't show up under their silly "filter" options

The company did not check their email for nearly 2 days and no response, then they printed a label nearly 30 hours after my email and cancellation request. I even called 8 hours before they printed the label and still was ignored.

Considering the fact that I ordered the replacement from them right away in stead of waiting, I've decided to just return the replacement too after this nonsense. 2 hours of "wait time" and the company has terrible communication problems. Had 1 email from them the entire time and no calls back. I had to call back every time. I guess this company is so big they don't mind losing an $ 800 sale. Will never buy anything from them again.
