Don't think of buying online, you pay for the bonus and the end result is disastrous. To claim you are told first to write on their website, I request an email to send pictures of the damage. They confirm my writing by email and give me an email address. I send the photos to them. After a week I complain about their absent reply to the address they gave me: devoluciones @ and they tell me that I must say it on their website. Again done and no longer confirm my message sent. 1,000 very poorly used for 4 pieces of furniture and all with original or mounting damage. Not anymore. If you give me an answer and / or solutions, I'll let you know.
*** Solved after 3 months almost completely. I still lack the arrangement of a piece of furniture.
