Don't use the online scheduler. They say it is a request, but they'll charge you if you don't show up to the requested time whether you have gotten a confirmation or not.

Update: I got a callback saying that they would reverse the charge. That's it. Nothing for the inconvenience. Still incredibly unhappy with the situation.
