Amanda was pretty awesome. My car's sliding door mysterious wouldn't shut, but it happened randomly, and the tech could not repeat the problem. Amanda did some online research and identified a potential cause and they ordered the part and installed the new part. While I may not find out whether it has actually been fixed, I appreciate Amanda and the tech's effort. Good customer service.
