Very, very disappointed with the service department. My concerns were not taken seriously the first I brought the vehicle in and I had to bring it back a second time thus incurring the cost a rental vehicle and loss of work time. I was assured that the technician would have checked everything related to my repair, but yet I had to bring it back? So bad service advisor or bad service technician, doesn t matter because it still equals a poor service department!

I am very disappointed with the service department.
