I am a professional photographer. Since I first began my career in photography I have always thought how great it was that a company like Paul Buff is to make a product affordable enough so that I could purchase it as a college student but sturdy enough that it's still running 6 years later just as great as the day I first used it. I have had a couple of repairs done by Paul C Buff and I could not have been more satisfied with the way they handle their customer service. Paul C Buff has customer care and service unlike any company I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. The staff are always more than helpful when I have called and emailed, which is another great thing! When I call and want to talk to someone who'd looking at my repair or handling my order, I can do it without having to wade through a giant phone system.
