Like some people, my dental program hasn't been as consistent over the years as it probably should be. There have been many reasons (relocation, insurance, health issues, etc.). Regardless, I was happy to be back in the care of a dentist here at Smiles at Fairfax Corner in northern Virginia. But it wasn't until I had been with them for a while that I came to really appreciate the relationship. First, we created a dental health plan that has helped me stay engaged in the process and not slack off when "life gets in the way." It has truly been a collaborative effort and Dr. Barekzi has been particularly supportive by explaining every step along the way and most important, ensuring that it was a pain free experience. The hygienist that I work with is very professional with extensive experience. The administrative staff assisted with insurance matters to guarantee I paid the smallest amount possible out-of-pocket. They are like another circle of friends and that is about the best thing you could say about your dentist or anyone else for that matter!
