I love Konnect Pilates! The studio is clean, organized and welcoming! The staff are trained, experienced, friendly and can help you no matter what level you are at. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I have health issues and every time i attend a studio session i walk out breathing and feeling better than when i walked in. Konnect Pilates has changed my life!
