I should have given a better rating but just what I experienced I had to go lower. First of all, my wife and I had been coming to this hospital for 12 years and we had any issues until last month. Our baby was born on June 25th of the current year and the majority of the staff was great. Besides, the OB doctor s that we see they see their patients at this hospital too. The issue was that after the birth of our baby, we were in the need of getting the legal documents for her like the birth certificate and the SSN, and for our bad luck the hospital only has one person in charge of sending all the papers to the different places. she was on vacation for 2 full weeks. I tried to contact the hospital records depot and they were not able to answer any questions. I literally had to go tho the labor and delivery center to get any additional information. The security person at the door was not much help because they weren t able to reach any people at that department that could provide with any additional information. After, waiting for 45 minutes at the baby entrance, finally some lady came to check with me about the issue. And then she told me the bad news. Even she said that nothing was able to be done because nobody else new it how it was done. I am sure I was not the only person with this issue because I call their phone number serveral times before and the voicemails was full that it was impossible to leave a message. And this is why I had to go in person to race care of business.
