Would not recommend going to a show at the Marcus Center during the winter. There was a larger than expected snowstorm on the day of our show so I called into the ticketing office and asked if I could transfer my tickets to another show date. I was told that NO refunds or exchanges were being offered. The 'customer service' reps I talked to were both short and unfriendly. Their advice to me was that I should be fine driving in as the plows do a good job in Milwaukee, and that the snow wasn't that bad. I told them I do not like driving in bad weather and they then told me that I should just sell my tickets on ticketmaster. Bad Wisconsin winter weather is stressful enough as is..was not impressed with the Marcus Center policy and attitude.
