Put in PGT windows when we built our custom home in 1997. Now want to upgrade to hurricane glass. Called their "customer service" number and got put on hold for 30 minutes; then a recording came on that they could not help at this time and call back later. Called back and got a flippant receptionist that laughed when I told her I had been holding for 30 minutes for nothing. I complained and she hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere!! Save yourself the pain!! Why bother with this company when there are others that take you seriously!!
