Update: 10/15/2019: Have to enter my comments and adjust the rating about my recent experience in trying to get an electrician out to my house. I wanted to have an electrician sent to my home to provide a quote to install a 30-AMP circuit breaker. I provided that information to the scheduler. However, I had to have a plumber to come to my home so he/she could say I needed an electrician. This was such a waste of time and unreasonable waste of resources. I cancelled the service call.
Update: 5/27/2020: I decided to give the company another chance and they exceeded my expectations. From the scheduling of the quote, the appointment and then the day of the install, I was contacted on updates.The individuals were professional, quick, and the quality of their work outstanding. I'm sold on this company and will use them for all my future work. This warrants changing their rating to a 5-star review.
Update: 8/13/2020. I made a request for a technician to come to my home for some electrical estimate. I received a reply from this company that my appointment would be Thursday, August 20 between 8-10. After waiting all morning, I never got a call now someone showing up. I called the company and Caleb told me that was only a requested time. I corrected him and told him what exactly the reply stated. He apologised saying they are trying to get this fixed on the website. He then asked for me to be put on hold to "get me on the schedule". I replied cancel my request. What is disturbing, on my 5/27/2020 review, I paid this company about $4K for a job I was happy with and wanted to use them again. After today, I won't again and lowering my rating to two stars. I wish I could charge this company a "missed appointment service charge" at the same rate they charge for their labor rate.
