Super friendly, non-judgmental staff. It is startling how many animals in need this facility successfully cares for and how many different services they provide. A very well-oiled machine. I am amazed by how much they are able to help the community and our four-legged friends. The good karma built up everyday by ACCT Philly has to count for something.
