I recently purchased a product from Kostur. The product quality was average, and the delivery was on time. However, the customer service experience was less than satisfactory. I encountered some issues with my order, and reaching out to customer support was a bit of a hassle. The representatives were not very helpful or friendly. On the positive side, the product itself was decent, and I received it in good condition. Overall, the experience was just okay.
