Crowded at all times and dirty, with garbage left around everywhere by the uncivilized who drink and smoke inside the waterfalls. They are successful because they are free, but the parking becomes illegal camping and bivouac.
The water is the "waste" water of the paid spas and in the ditch that brings water from the spa to the waterfalls I have seen people bring their dogs to do the "spa treatment".
If well maintained and with rules on cleaning and with limited access it could be a paradise. Currently it is not even nice to look at from a distance.
