The system will not recognize my pin & when I try to reset it the system asks 3 random questions I do not know the answer to. I need to file my PUA Claim as I was paid as independent contraCtor and now I don t have a job. A direct result of COVID-19. The July 31st deadline is rapidly approaching & when I do actually get them on the phone all they can say is I will have to wait on a tech to call me. They do not seem to be concerned that the deadline is approaching. IS THE OFFICE AT 2401 N. Lincoln open?
They actually told me it could be a month b4 I get a phone call. By then it will be too late!!! I am so frustrated
