I am not at all surprised to see many other terrible reviews of Highmark DE customer service. I get the run around every time I call. For almost 2 years now, I have been fighting with them to get a claim paid and every time I call, I get different information. I am a healthcare provider and even with extensive knowledge of billing, it has been a maddening experience. Highmark should be ashamed of its disgraceful practices.
