I called in to ask a few questions. I asked the woman on the phone Do you have a minute? That simple courtesy really sent her over the edge. The rest of the conversation was fueled with sarcasm and complete disrespect.I wonder what the training program looks like at the company because this woman should not have a job dealing with the general public. She mentioned it was a recorded line. I hope her supervisors have a listen!
